Professionals in Compliance in Asset Management

In light of Asia's economic growth and the Mainland's financial market liberalisation, tremendous demand for investable assets and packaged investment products is expected. To propel the development of Hong Kong as one of the world’s top asset management centres, the HKSARG is welcoming experienced compliance professionals in asset management who:

• have expertise in managing compliance risks, establishing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, handling regulators’ requests, and providing relevant advice and trainings
• have a bachelor's or higher degree in commerce, finance, business administration, economics, accounting, or law, and have completed on-the-job training and industry courses and programmes
• have at least 3 years of compliance experience in asset management firms or related professional firms, are knowledgeable in finance and relevant rules, regulations and guidelines of regulatory authorities in Hong Kong and other major markets, and are multilingual
